Recently I had the pleasure of trying out some of the XALO products. They are actually called XALO Your Best Day Ever. Well, that’s a lot to promise – I am not sure how any day will ever compete with the day I got my first bike! However, I can certainly recommend XALO as natural products that enhance energy, performance, and recovery.

I find as I get older that I am constantly battling to keep my energy levels high enough for my active lifestyle. I also find that a hard training ride can leave me feeling quite shattered, and that it takes me longer to recover – for example, two days instead of one day. As a result, I even find myself often having to tweak my training plans, simply because I wake up and think: “I’m too tired to bike today.” Back to sleep … then I’m late for work, and I don’t do a training ride.
So of course, I am always looking for products to help me. I have had a lot of success with My Matcha Life tea, which I now drink every morning. I am sure it boosts my energy and definitely clears my mind better than a cup of coffee.
Now I’ve found a whole range of products to help boost my energy levels and peformance: XALO. They were shown to me by our friend Thomas Canty, who is a very enthusiastic distributor of the products – and who has lost quite a bit of weight using them.
I am extremely wary of products that claim to increase energy, in case they are not good for the heart. I wouldn’t even risk a sip of Red Bull, for example, and I don’t drink more than one coffee per day, at most. Fortunately, the XALO products are completely natural, with nothing that any cardiologist would object to.

The XALO products are essentially a suite of three products to cover the three key needs: get energized enough to exercise; promote optimal performance of the exercise; and then recover as fast as possible from the exercise (so you can do it again!) These are the three products:
XALO Limitless

XALO Limitless is the energy producing member of the trio. It promotes energy with natural products that include ginseng, taurine, and green tea extracts. It delivers these in coconut water that has natural electrolytes to hydrate your muscles to get them ready to perform. I find it tasty, and it seems to me that I am more energetic on my rides when I use it – I push myself just that little bit harder!
XALO Ignite

XALO Ignite is the performance enhancing member of the trio. It is formulated to help your blood vessels relax and dilate, so that you can get the nutrients you need as you exercise. It relies on L-Arginine to do this. Back in the day I was a nutritional researcher, and I remember that after I researched L-Arginine, I went out and bought some, because of all the health food products out there, this is one of the few that is actually proven scientifically.
XALO Reload

XALO Reload completes the trio, and does what it says – it helps to reload you, after you have exhausted yourself with the first two products! It is also formulated to aid in muscle and strength building. As we know from watching elite long-distance athletes, exercise can break down muscle to the point where you could audition to be an extra in The Walking Dead (which needs so very many extras). I guess that’s fine if your weekend regularly includes running 50 miles and then biking another 100 miles – in that case, you want to weigh as close to nothing as possible. But if, like me, you would rather build muscle than lose it, XALO Reload can help. This product includes Glutamine (another product that is actually proven to work), plus D-Ribose, which apparently helps regenerate your muscles and energy.
Finally, XALO Reload is made with coconut water and mangosteen. If you haven’t been lost in a rowboat at sea for the last two decades, you already know that those two products are a rich source of electrolytes and antioxidants to neutralize the potentially damaging free radicals that may flood your body after intense exercise.
I’ve tried all of these products, and to me they seemed to do what they promised. Why not give them try, and see if they work for you?
