What Does Athletic Greens Offer?

Personally, I like to start the day with two eggs and a slice of toast, as that seems to keep me full and give me strength throughout the morning. No one ever needed to sell me on the value of breakfast – my body has always told me that! But I cannot do a long bike ride on a breakfast like that – I need my body to focus on my heart and lungs, not my stomach! So this supplement seems like a great way to jump start my bike ride, providing both sustenance and energy to get me going.
