How to Make the Authorities LISTEN to your Concerns
I have on occasion complained about serious cycling hazards. Here’s a video about one complaint I made. After two complaints, and sending this video to the City of Vancouver, a very serious cycling hazard suddenly disappeared!
So it does pay to complain!
