Mira polarized sports sunglasses are our pick for the best budget cycling sunglasses we have tried. We went with budget cycling sunglasses because both Joe and I tend to be clumsy and forgetful. Luckily, with these Mira sunglasses, it does not feel as if you are compromising on comfort and quality. We picked up a pair of Mira Breeze R Polarized sports sunglasses for me, and a pair of Mira Fuzion Y sunglasses for Joe. We are happy with both of them, and in this short review and video, I will explain why.

Mountain2Mountain is an organization based in Colorado, USA, that believes that women should be able to make their own choices and create their own solutions. Part of this is promoting the ability of women and girls to ride bikes. For example, they work to promote the right to bike in Afghanistan, believing that bikes offer independent freedom of mobility for women in a country that’s still considered the worst county in the world to be a woman.

This is a guide plus video of the entire Central Valley Greenway (CVG). It runs all the way from Science World in Vancouver to the New Westminster Quay. It’s a challenging but very interesting bike ride. Parts are magical, other parts still need work to make them pleasant. It is NOT a AAA route (all ages and abilities), even though it aspires to be. Still, it is quite an awesome route, covering 24 km (15 miles) from Vancouver, through Burnaby, and into New Westminster. It is remarkably flat most of the time, but there are a few uphills.
I finally found a flattering womens cycling shoe! Who knew mountain bike shoes would be THE ONE! I don’t usually associate mountain bike gear with fashion, but these womens cycling shoes deliver. They can be used with and without cleats, and are comfortable on and off the bike. These shoes rate our Bike Gold Star for good looks and good function at a great price. Definitely the best womens cycling shoes under $85.
